Pocketlaw's service complements the services provided by lawyers and/or law firms. We can automise any contract you have received from your lawyer and increase your internal efficiency. Our excellent contract management system coupled with 24/7 access will ensure that legal becomes an accelerator for your company.

We understand that you have different needs at every stage of your business. We therefore offer different subscription tiers to suit your needs and financial capabilities. Pocketlaw is an insurance against expensive future mistakes and annual subscription is cheaper than the cost of engaging with a law firm to create 1 contract.

You will have legal needs no matter which stage you are at. We strongly believe it is better to get started with an affordable, efficient tool today and avoid missed opportunities due to slow processes in the future.

Our content and documents are prepared by experienced and qualified lawyers. We always strive to have compliant and up-to-date information and documents on our platform. However, Pocketlaw is not a law firm. The information provided is for a wide audience and does not susbstitute legal advice from a lawyer. You should always get advice from a lawyer on any of the information or template you use on Pocketlaw to ensure it is suitable for your specific needs.

All signed contracts can be legally binding. Our templates are created by specialist lawyers and whilst we endeavour to ensure that everything available on PocketLaw is compliant and up-to-date, we would always recommend that you take legal advice before making any decisions in relation to any content, templates and guidance available on PocketLaw.

You can but there is a high risk that the document may not be updated to be compliant with current legislation and/or suitable for your needs. With Pocketlaw, you will have legal peace of mind with our up-to-date content and market practice suggestions.

Pocketlaw is a solution that benefits in-house legal teams and in fact many of our customers have in-house legal teams. By streamlining day-to-day legal, Pocketlaw allows in-house lawyers to focus on tasks that actually add value to your business, rather than being bogged down in administrative / repetitive, low value, tasks. Our customers with in-house legal teams have particularly benefited from us automating their most commonly used contracts.

You do not need any legal knowledge to be able to create contracts and documents on Pocketlaw. We provide clear guidance, easily understandable examples and market practice suggestions throughout the contract creation process to ensure that you are able to make well-informed decisions and create contracts with confidence.

We understand the value of time. With no implementation time required, we are 100% confident that we will save you time within the first week of using Pocketlaw.

Each user will have their own login access using their email addresses. However, users will be linked on a company level through the invitations to join PocketLaw.

We have 3 different types of access levels: Admin, Team Manager and User.

A User has access to content, templates and guides that Pocketlaw provides on the platform. However, a User will only have access to documents which have been created/completed/stored on the platform if access has been specifically granted by an Admin. A User would not be able to invite new users onto the platform.

A Team Manager has access to content, templates and guides that Pocketlaw provides on the platform. However, a Team Manager will only have access to documents which have been created/completed/stored on the platform if access has been specifically granted by an Admin. A Team Manager is able to invite new users onto the platform.

An Admin has access to all content, templates and guides that Pocketlaw provides on the platform. An Admin has full control over the platform and is able to see and edit all documents created/completed/stored on the platform, change account details, and invite new users.

Unlimited! No matter which plan you are on, you have unlimited storage with Pocketlaw.

We have jurisdiction compliant documents in Sweden, UK, Norway, Denmark, Germany, France, Spain, the Netherlands and the US (California). We are constantly expanding to many more countries so watch this space! You can easily upgrade your account under "Company Settings" on the top left corner of the platform under the navigation section. Alternatively, please contact us via the in-App chat service or email us at support@pocketlaw.com and we will help you!

All subscriptions are on a 12 month basis. You will be able to terminate by notifying us in writing at support@pocketlaw.com. Once we have been notified, your subscription with Pocketlaw will terminate at the end of the current subscription period that you are on. Please note that you will be obliged to pay for the whole subscription period that you are on even after notice of termination has been provided to us. Choose the folder to which you would like to upload/store your document and then click on “Add” + “Upload document”. You could also "drag and drop" multiple documents at the same time from your computer.

Any Admin can add new users by clicking on "Users & Access" on the top left corner of the platform under the navigation section.

Any Admin can do this by clicking on "Company Settings" on the top left corner of the platform under the navigation section, followed by "Edit" on the top right corner. Note that the information provided will be the information that is pre-filled in documents created on Pocketlaw.

You can only download a document once it has been created. The document will be downloaded in Word form.

You can use Pocketlaw's own e-signing services and credits are included in your paid subscription. The platform is also integrated with DocuSign and Scrive which means you will be able to use your DocuSign or Scrive account via the platform.

Please contact us via our in-App service or email us at support@pocketlaw.com for more Pocketlaw e-signing credits. If you wish to purchase e-signing credits for DocuSign or Scrive, you need to contact your e-signing provider to buy e-signing credits from them.

Go to "Company Settings" on the top left corner of the platform, select the "E-signing" tab and select "Disconnect".

When customers ask, we listen! We are constantly improving our contract creation flow and requested features such as versioning, redlines (markups), audit control, signing order etc are being developed as we speak. All of your documents (whether created on our platform or imported onto our platform) are securely end-to-end encrypted and stored online so that you can access them at any time.
