New version of the app, 13.0.0
Editor updates
The editor now supports multiple people editing a document simultaneously, resolving previous issues with unexpected behaviour during multi-user editing.
Added support for version history, allowing you to track all changes made to the document.
The editor supports new features like image uploads, tables, font-size changes, and color additions.
The editor toolbar is now optimized for smaller screens, improving the overall look and feel.
Added support for importing and exporting to DOCX, while maintaining redlines.
Approval states are no longer retriggered when making only styling changes.
Content Organization and Metadata
Added 12 new metadata attributes, discoverable through AI-powered auto-tagging, including "Liability Cap," "Payment Terms," "Probation Period," and more.
Introduced the ability to add status labels to uploaded documents, helping you easily track their stage in the CLM lifecycle. You can also bulk set statuses, such as marking all uploaded signed documents as "signed."
Updated styling on the new Insights page.
You can now view all documents within a specific folder, along with their metadata, by using the filter on the Files page.
The "All Documents" view automatically sorts documents by creation or update date, making it easier to find your most recent contracts.

Introduced a compare function that allows you to compare two documents and receive instant feedback on their differences and similarities.
Admin Updates
Permissions for templates can now be set at the team level, simplifying template management. When users join or leave a group, template-level permissions are automatically updated.
APIs & Integrations
The Web API now supports uploading and downloading files, e-signing, and retrieving document statuses.
We have released a new beta native Salesforce integration. Customers interested in using it can contact their account managers to get started with the early version.
